Appointments
Appointments may be scheduled by calling the office phone at 832-973-3143. Initial appointments involve obtaining a thorough history and formulating a provisional diagnosis and treatment plan. These are 1 hour, and the fee is $450.
Follow-up appointments may be either 45 minutes, for psychotherapy, with the possibility of medication management, for $340; or 25 minutes sessions, which are focused on medication, for $230.
In order to best serve our patients, cancellations made after 12:00 noon, two business days before the appointment, will be charged.
Payment may be made by credit card at the time of service.
Insurance
Dr. Stevenson is not on any insurance plans. A receipt is given which includes the necessary information, CPT codes, and diagnosis, should one wish to file oneself for out-of-network coverage with an insurance provider.
