Initial appointments involve obtaining a thorough history and formulating a provisional diagnosis and treatment plan. These are 1 hour, and the fee is $450.<\/p>\n<p>Follow-up appointments may be either 45 minutes, for psychotherapy, with the possibility of medication management, for $340; or 25 minutes sessions, which are focused on medication, for $230.<\/p>\n<p>In order to best serve our patients, cancellations made after 12:00 noon, two business days before the appointment, will be charged.<\/p>\n<p>Payment may be made by credit card at the time of service.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Insurance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dr. Stevenson is not on any insurance plans.
